SENSER's ("SENSER", "we", "us") website ("our website", "website ") and related services are provided to you subject to the following Terms of Service.SENSER is a trading name of Intramirror Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, China. By using this website, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use ("Terms"). At the same time, we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8.Product quality; Returns; Cancellation of Orders

All goods undergo strict quality control procedures before shipment. We do not allow defective items to be sold on our website. If you order an item that is not as described or is of defective quality, you may return it to us within the specified return period. As a consumer, you have a legal right to have products that are not as described or are of defective quality. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect these legal rights.

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account. Click the order you would like to return and follow the prompts.

Returns will incur a fee of USD 25 per item. Orders over USD 800 will incur an additional processing fee of USD 50 per item returned. Any original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If you decide to return the items, you need to send the items to our designated address within 14 days while retaining the original label (including anti-theft buckle). Items received after this period will only be accepted at the discretion of SENSER.

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned

Meanwhile, you understand that if there are obvious signs of use or man-made damage to the product, the above return terms will not apply.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Orders are eligible for cancellation during Reviewing. If the order has been prepared for shipment cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days, it is important to note that some banks may take longer to process refunds, and SENSER has no control over this process.

12.Orders and deliveries

Currently, we only ship to the United States. At the same time, we are growing rapidly and will be adding other countries soon.

Our expected delivery time is our best endeavour estimate of how long it will take for you to receive your order after purchase. We will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of exceeding our expected delivery time, nor will your obligations as a customer or any other terms and conditions that may be associated with your order be waived if your order is delivered outside of our expected delivery time. If your account is subject to security verification, this will affect the delivery time and SENSER will not be responsible for any delays caused by problems with customs clearance at destination.

Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from SENSER or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SENSER. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

SENSER owns the Goods until they are delivered to you and accepted by you in accordance with these terms and conditions. We require a signature for any delivery of Goods, at which point responsibility and ownership of the Goods purchased by you will pass to you. If you have nominated a recipient other than you for the purpose of delivery (e.g. as a gift) then evidence of your acceptance of their signature (or that of the recipient at that delivery address) is evidence of SENSER's delivery and fulfillment and transfers liability and title in the same way. Goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provide.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the details on our website are accurate, errors may occur from time to time. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If such an error occurs, we reserve the right to refuse to sell you the products at the original list price, even if you have completed the checkout process. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be deemed cancelled. If you cancel your order and payment for the goods has been made, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.

Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
