How to place an order on website?

1. Select a category or brand from the navigation menu to explore.

2. Choose your desired item and your size, click Add to bag.

3. Once you're ready to complete your purchase, go to the Shopping Bag, and you'll be directed to a page with a list of the items you want to buy.

4. Click Continue to Checkout to proceed with the checkout process. You need to enter your address, shipping method, payment option, and then click Place order to complete your purchase.

Do l need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest using just your email address, and you'll be able to track your orders. However, we highly recommend creating an account for a more convenient shopping experience. With an account, you can save your address and personal details, access your wishlist, and receive order updates, making future checkouts faster and easier.

I've forgotten my password, what should l do?

On the Log In page, click the Forgot password link, and we'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

How long does delivery take and how you can track your item?

How do l return an item?

You can return your order as follows:

1. Login to your account. If you checked out as a guest, register with the same email address you used to place your order.

2. Go to the My orders page to find the order you want to return and click "Return item".

How long does refund processing take?

Once your cancellation or return is processed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Are SENSER products new or pre-owned?

Our platform is linked to over 1000 global brand boutiques, offering approximately 2500+ luxury fashion brands. Therefore, all the items we sell are brand-new and authentic.

Once you have successfully made a payment on SENSER, the linked boutiques will confirm the inventory according to your requirements and then arrange for shipment. This means that through our SENSER platform, you can achieve your dream of browsing global luxury fashion boutiques.
