How do I place an order?
1. Select a category (Women, Men, Kids, Brands, Sale) to explore.
2. Once you have done so, choose your size under the dropdown menu of an item and click "Add to bag". You will see a number appear next to the shopping bag icon indicating the number of items you have in your bag.
3. When you are ready to check out, click on the bag icon and you will be taken to a page with a summary of the items you wish to purchase.
4. Click on "Continue to Checkout"
5. Enter your details and address and click "Place order".
Do l need an account to place an order?
No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you register an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details, which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.
I've forgotten my password - what should l do?
On the Log In page, click on the "Forgot password" link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
What payment methods does SENSER accept?
SENSER accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
Which regions does SENSER ship to?
Currently, we ship within Australia, United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Saudi Arabia.
How long does delivery take and how can l track my item?
Delivery is expected to be within 3-7 business days.
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. SENSER cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders over USD 200 is free. A nominal shipping fee is charged for orders under USD 200.
How do l return an item?
If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account. Click the order you would like to return and follow the prompts.
If you checked out as a guest
Sign up for an account with the same email address you used to place the order and initiate a return as specified above.
How long does it take to process my refund?
